MILÉNICO

Deep ruby, almost dark, with violet edges. Intense and complex: ripe cherry, dried fruit, cocoa, chocolate, sweet tobacco and a delicate hint of tea. With air come black olive and smoke. Full, richly textured, impressively built. Dark fruit, cherry and plum, with dried fig, chocolate, tobacco and spice. Fine velvety tannins, fresh acidity, a mineral frame.

Drink it withGrilled or roast lamb, Iberian pork, beef ribs, game, slow-cooked dishes, cured meats and hard aged cheeses such as Manchego or Comté.
