Who we sell to
We sell both to private clients and to the trade: hotels, restaurants, beach clubs and wine shops. Alcoholic drinks are sold only to people over 18, and this site asks for that confirmation before it opens.
How an order works
This site has no online checkout. When you add wines to your order and press the button, WhatsApp opens with the message already written: you decide whether to send it. That message is a request, not a contract. We reply with price, availability and delivery terms; the contract is concluded only when you accept them. Until then nothing is charged and you are under no obligation.
Prices
Prices are not published on the site: we confirm them for each order, because they vary by quantity, format and type of client. The price we give you is final and includes VAT. If there is a delivery charge, we tell you before you accept. There are no hidden costs.
Delivery
We deliver in Tirana and, in season, along the coast. Timing and cost are confirmed together with the price, before the order is accepted. If something cannot be delivered within the agreed time we tell you, and you decide: wait, or cancel at no cost.
Payment
The payment method is agreed at the moment of confirmation. A tax document is issued for every sale. For businesses we need the fiscal details before invoicing.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you buy as a consumer, and not for commercial activity, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Simply write to hello@elitewineimports.com or on WhatsApp within that period. We refund you within 14 days of your notice or of the goods coming back to us. The goods must be returned unopened and in the condition in which you received them.
When withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to bottles engraved or gift boxes prepared specifically at your request; to sealed goods opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene or safety; or to goods that deteriorate rapidly. We make these cases explicit before you accept the order.
Damaged or wrong bottle
If the goods arrive broken, damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, with a photograph if possible. We replace them or refund you, as you prefer, at no cost to you. This right is independent of the right of withdrawal.
Complaints
Send complaints to hello@elitewineimports.com or to +355 69 601 6312. We reply within working days. If we cannot find a solution together, you have the right to address the Consumer Protection Commission.
Photographs and product data
Bottle photographs and technical data come from the producers themselves and are used with their permission. Where a figure has not been confirmed to us by the winery, we leave it blank: we do not guess it. Labels and vintages can change over time; what is delivered is always confirmed to you before acceptance.
Applicable law
Albanian law applies to these terms, in particular the consumer protection law and the electronic commerce law. The courts of Tirana have jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published at the moment you send your order applies; the date of the last update is at the top of this page.
