Privacy and cookies

No tracking
We use no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no profiling cookies, and we do not profile you. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser contacts no third party when it opens the site.
What stays on your device
When you add a wine to your order, the list is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) under the key “ew-order”, together with your choice on this notice. It never leaves your device until you send it yourself. You can delete it by clearing the order or clearing your browser data.
Order and form
The form sends nothing on its own: it opens WhatsApp or your mail app with the message already written, and you decide whether to send it. From that point the conversation is with us, under the terms of WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider.
The data you send us
Business name, contact person, phone, email and notes are used only to reply to you and prepare the offer. We do not sell them and do not pass them on. You can ask us to delete them at hello@elitewineimports.com.
How we count visits
We count pages opened, seconds spent, how far down people read and which buttons get tapped — to understand what works and what does not. No IP address, no name, no email and no phone number is stored: these are counts, not people. No cookie is used. The visit number lives in the browser tab and dies when you close it: tomorrow it does not recognise you. Anyone with «Do Not Track» or «Global Privacy Control» switched on is not counted at all. These counts stay with us, on Cloudflare, and go to no third party. Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which records requests in technical logs (IP address, browser) for security and operation. We do not keep those addresses.
Alcohol and age
Alcoholic drinks are sold only to people over 18. Alcohol is not recommended for minors or during pregnancy.
