Short training for waiters: how to tell the wine, serving temperature, what it goes with.
What it includes
Akademia Elite
A 45-minute masterclass at your venue: how to taste, how to tell the bottle’s story, how to sell wine at the table. Every waiter gets a named certificate.
Logistics
Order before 10:00 and it is delivered the same day in Tirana. No minimum order — six bottles on a Saturday is fine. For weddings and events, unopened bottles come back.
Coravin and glassware
A Coravin and professional glasses on free loan to our main clients, in exchange for two or three premium labels served by the glass.
The annual tasting
Once a year we bring Tirana’s professional buyers together with our producers in the room: Belisario, Casa de la Ermita, Bisson.
